A German citizen remaining in Germany only may bet at the German governmental betting provider called "oddset". He may not bet at other providers through internet.

A German citizen NOT remaining in Germany due to holiday or permanent resident abroad is allowed to bet at ANY international betting providers.

We may not (and do not) make advertisement for international betting providers on the internet.
We only point to the fact, that some of the betting strategies cannot be uses with the German betting provider oddset. German citizen remaining in Germany have to stick on the guidelines and recommendations that are given by oddset. Outside Germany other betting providers may be used with their extended numbers of betting offers and variety of betting strategies.

This legal situation is heading into a European-wide change which may be lead to a liberalization of the game of chance treaty and an alleviation for German betters.
